Our initial cleaning service ($185.00 + 5% GST for 3 total hours with 2 cleaners) provides a thorough top-to-bottom deep clean of your home. This establishes a pristine baseline so subsequent regular maintenance visits ($170-$200 + 5% GST) can easily maintain that high standard of cleanliness in less time.

For standard initial cleans requiring extra time beyond the included 3 hours, additional time is billed at $60.00 per hour per cleaner plus 5% GST. For special condition heavy cleans, additional hours are billed at $65.00–$70.00 per hour per cleaner plus 5% GST.

Special conditions apply to homes requiring extra attention due to significant buildup, heavy grease, nicotine staining, urine/human waste, clutter, or smoking units. These homes receive a 4-hour deep clean with 2 cleaners (2 hours each) for $300.00 plus 5% GST.

Payments for services are due at the end of every service. Payments can be conveniently made by e-transfer or cheque.
